    Q. What is a serviced apartment?

    A serviced apartment is the perfect combination between staying in a hotel and leasing an apartment. You have the space & facilities of being at home with the added services of a hotel - the space and comfort of home with service of a hotel - fresh towels & linen change weekly.

    Q. Where in Bristol are your serviced apartments located?

    Our apartments are located in Bristol City at four locations throughout the city centre: Old Market, Harbourside & Stokes Croft

    Q. What services and facilities are included in the rate?

    This varies with each apartment, in general we provide a fully equipped kitchen, TV, DVD & Broadband. Weekly maid service. Please see individual apartment descriptions for full

    Q. How do I reserve my apartment & how do I pay?

    Either book on-line through our website or call our office from 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday. Payment is required at the time of booking. For details of payment method accepted, please see our Terms & Conditions

    Q. Once I have booked my apartment what happens next?

    You will receive a confirmation of your booking by email which includes our terms of business, within 7 days of making your booking

    Q. How do I get access to my apartment? What are check in/out procedures

    Most of our apartments are self check from 2pm; however this does vary for each apartment and will be detailed in your booking confirmation. For self check-in apartments you will be giving a code to access the key safe where the keys for your apartment will be held. Check out is 10.30am

    Q. What is the minimum stay?

    There is no minimum stay

    Q. How often is the apartment serviced?

    The apartment is serviced weekly, generally 7 days after your arrival. Bed linen & towels are changed plus there is a light clean of the apartment

    Q. How much notice do I need to provide if I wish to cancel?

    We require 28 days notice for you to receive a full refund. If you cancel within the 28 days period we have a sliding scale depending on the amount of notice you provide. Please see Terms & Conditions for full details

    Q. How many people can stay in one apartment?

    The total number of people is limited to the number of beds in the apartment. For example a 2 bedroom apartment that does not have a sofa bed is limited to 4 people staying.
