- WHAT IS A SERVICED ROOM?
A bedroom is a private house where you will be treated as a guest.
The rooms are fully furnished including:
TV, DVD and Broadband.
Bed linen and towels
Weekly maid service
PLEASE NOTE the majority of our Serviced Rooms are for SINGLE OCCUPANCY only.
IF you are looking for a room for COUPLES please see our MELROSE PLACE serviced room
We cannot accept children in any of our rooms
You can stay for a week or several months. Just 1 weeks notice is required to terminate your stay ( please see our terms and conditions for more details)
- HOW TO BOOK:
You are not able to book the serviced rooms online, as we need to contact the home owner prior to any bookings. However if you are interested in one of our rooms please complete our enquiry form. This will then be passed on to the relevant landlord and should they be able to take your booking we will contact you directly.
- PAYMENT:
If you wish to book, you will need to pay 1 weeks rent as a deposit plus a one-off £15.00 booking fee. Both these amounts will need to be paid at the time of booking and we accept all major credit cards. Credit cards incurr a 3% charge
The rent is then paid to landlord directly on arrival
